1. Acceptance of Terms & Regulatory Framework

2. Studio Age Policy and Identification

1. Strict 18+ Rule for Tattoos: RAD Tattoo maintains an age requirement of 18 years old and above for tattoo procedures.
2. Valid Government ID Required: Clients must present valid government-issued identification before receiving applicable procedures.
3. Body Piercings: Piercing clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable identification, guardianship, consent, and studio policies.

3. Consultations, Booking, and Deposit Policies

a. Consultations & Price Estimates

Consultations help discuss design ideas, sizing, placement, and preliminary estimates. Final prices may vary depending on complexity, custom adjustments, stencil scaling, body placement, and session duration.

b. Reservation Fees / Booking Deposits

A booking deposit or reservation fee may be required to secure an appointment and initiate custom artwork. Booking deposits are non-refundable and are generally credited toward the applicable session balance.

c. Rescheduling and Cancellations

1. Provide timely advance notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
2. Booking deposits remain subject to RAD Tattoo's applicable booking policies.
3. Late arrival or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the appointment slot and applicable deposit.

d. Walk-Ins

Walk-in sessions remain subject to artist and workstation availability. Confirmed appointments may be given priority.

4. Booking, Walk-In Transactions, Health Declarations, and Digital Consent Records

When you book a service, walk in for a procedure, or complete a transaction through RAD Tattoo's booking, cashier, transaction, waiver, or consent systems, authorized personnel may record customer and service information necessary to administer the requested service.

This may include your name, mobile number, age, email address, selected service, job order information, appointment details, branch, artist information, procedure details, reference images, health declarations, waiver acknowledgments, timestamps, and digital signatures.

5. Health Disclosures, Waivers, and Sobriety Policy

1. Mandatory Consent & Waiver: Clients may be required to review and sign applicable consent, health disclosure, and liability waiver forms.
2. Health Disclosures: Clients must accurately disclose relevant health conditions and medications that may affect procedure safety.
3. Right of Refusal: RAD Tattoo artists may refuse service where a reasonable health or safety concern exists.
4. Sobriety Policy: Clients under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or intoxicating substances may be refused service.

6. Intellectual Property and Custom Design Rights

1. Website Content: Website branding, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, illustrations, written content, and layouts are protected intellectual property.
2. Custom Tattoo Artwork & Stencils: Original sketches, flash art, illustrations, stencils, and custom compositions remain the intellectual property of RAD Tattoo and the applicable artist, subject to applicable law.
3. No Unauthorized Reproduction: Website content and artwork may not be copied, scraped, distributed, reproduced, or modified without appropriate authorization.

7. Photography, Video, and Media Release

1. Artists or studio staff may photograph or record tattoo or piercing work.
2. Images may be used for portfolio, gallery, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes where applicable.
3. Clients with privacy or modesty concerns should inform their artist or branch management.

8. Tattoo & Piercing Aftercare Responsibilities

Tattooing and piercing break the skin barrier and carry inherent risks if not properly cleaned and protected. Clients are responsible for following the aftercare guidance provided following a procedure.
